Lodhi mallana or Lodhi Mallaiah History

Lodhi mallyya temple is located in Amrabad Tiger reserve in Mahaboob Nagar district. The temple is located deep inside the tiger reserve beside a water falls and pool.

Lord Siva is being worshiped here since ancient days  by the tribes who live in the forest from ages. Lodhi or Loddi means valley in local laguage and Mallana or Mallaya or Mallaiah are the names of Lord Siva, so its named Lodhi Mallaiah.
